Currently Nikolay is a Counsel in the Corporate / M&A Practice, with over 13 years of experience supporting M&A transactions, real estate deals, restructuring projects, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations. His client portfolio includes leading development institutions and major TMT, energy, real estate, and retail sector companies.
Nikolay is a recognized lawyer in Corporate law and M&A according to both Russian and international leading legal rankings, including The Best Lawyers in Russia 2021-2022, The Legal 500 2021, IFLR1000 2021-2022, and Pravo-300 2023.
