The ALUMNI Partners team has provided full-service legal support to Hive LLC, a subsidiary of VimpelCom (Beeline brand), which was set up in 2022 for investing in hi-tech startups, and assisted the company to acquire a minority interest in Knomary, a Belarusian startup.
ALUMNI Partners handled the transaction from end to end, including legal due diligence on Knomary Group, regulatory advice and drafting of the corporate transaction documentation. The deal value is not disclosed.
Knomary Group was established in 2016 and has two offices, in Minsk and Moscow. The Group owns and develops automation software for all key L&D processes: remote employee adaptation, training and development, educational content creation and updating.
