ALUMNI Partners team acted as a legal advisor to VimpelCom PJSC in relation to the acquisition of 51% share in Colibri LLC, a company operating under the Callibri brand and specialising in cloud services for marketing specialists and entrepreneurs.
ALUMNI Partners team provided comprehensive transaction support, including legal due diligence, structuring and drafting transaction documentation, as well as obtaining approvals.
The Callibri service will enhance VimpelCom's AdTech tools in terms of analytics, media advertising, and the "beeline.PROmotion" platform, as well as significantly expand the capabilities and improve the quality of cloud PABX for corporate clients.
