ALUMNI Partners has advised Alticor on the process of liquidation of its Russian subsidiary

This project included our complex support of the client's team at all stages, from planning and preparation up to successful termination of the Russian entity by way of liquidation. As a part of the project, we conducted the comprehensive analysis of various scenarios and provided the full legal support in relation to the implementation of the liquidation plan. Our advice included corporate, tax, labor / employment, customs and currency control, real estate, IP, regulatory and other legal aspects. Considering the total timeline of the project we had to work in changing legislative environment combining our legal expertise with efficient and practical approach.
