Advised Sberbank Investments and Russia-China Investment Fund on a RUB 1.6 bn investment structured as a syndicated venture loan to the Eruditor Group holding company, owner of the leading Russian professional information services marketplace Profi and Zoon. This innovative transaction was the first syndicated venture capital loan on the Russian market.

Advised Mubadala Investment Company and its big investment fund co-investor on a USD 21 m venture investment in Borzo (ex-Dostavista). The C investment round totalled USD 35 m, making it one of the most significant on the Russian venture capital market in 2021. Our team worked on the project in ten jurisdictions: Brazil, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, the Philippines, Russia, South Korea, Turkey and Vietnam.

Conducting a legal assessment and developing the documents for launching a goods (service) payment service to a foreign store using a quick payment system, as per the provisions of the legislation on digital assets, communications, AML / CFT, the national payment system and personal data.

Advising Da Vinci Capital on a variety of investment projects, including: the Gram token subscription during the second round of the Telegram Group ICO, acquisition of a stake in the international software developer DataArt, several acquisitions of British brokerage firms and asset management companies, comprehensive legal support for structuring and establishing the new Global Fintech Solutions (GFS) fund in Luxembourg, and many others.
