Advising RoccoForte Hotels Group on various complex corporate, commercial, regulatory (including counter sanctions) and tax legal matters in Russia.

Advised X5 Group on acquiring Victoria Baltia, which operates Victoria food stores in Moscow and in the Moscow and Kaliningrad Regions and on sale of the real estate assets to a third-party investor and leaseback of premises within the sold assets. The due diligence covered 118 stores with a total commercial space of 92 thousand square metres, including leased premises.

Advised Tinkoff Group on a project to lease a Class A office with an area of almost 78,000 sq. m. at the AFI Square Business Centre under construction on Gruzinsky Val to accommodate the Group's headquarters, including all its core subdivisions, such as Tinkoff Bank, Tinkoff Insurance, Tinkoff Mobile, Tinkoff Development Centre and others. This deal is the biggest office lease ever on the Moscow office real estate market.

Advised a JV structure on a series of EPC contracts and related documentation for Tushino Waterfront Mixed-Use Development (the largest innovation cluster in Russia, including residential properties, a stadium, sports and social infrastructure, research and educational facilities, and recreation zones of approximately 1 million sq. m) with an investment of about USD 1.5 bn.

Legal support for acquisition by PAO Tatneft of industrial rubber plant Birinchi Rezinotekhnika Zavodi, Angren, Republic of Uzbekistan, from state-owned companies of Uzbekistan.

Advised VK Group on acquiring "Singer", which owns the long-term leasehold rights to the famous Singer House building located on St Petersburg’s Nevsky Prospekt, which accommodates the headquarters of VKontakte.
